Paul is a highly experienced consultant with 15 years’ experience across Organisational Development, Human Resources and Recruitment. As an experienced facilitator, coach and advisor, Paul works with clients to enhance the capability of employees and the organisation as a whole. In his work, Paul strives to improve individual and collective performance. He supports managers to effectively lead and engage their employees through targeted programs and works with individuals to help them set goals and uncover their full potential.
As a consultant, Paul has worked with organisations in the public, private and not for profit sectors and across various industries incluing health, government and professional services. Prior to joining FBG, Paul worked for LINK HR Consulting where he managed the organisation’s outplacement program across the country and delivered a range of OD Consulting services. Paul also worked in internal HR and recruitment consulting roles for leading retail, IT and insurance companies such as Accenture, Coles Myer and AXA.
As a registered Organisational Psychologist, Paul draws on his knowledge of evidence-based approaches to people management and development and strives to deliver tailored solutions that match the unique needs of his clients. Paul is also passionate about building partnerships for FBG and in leading strategic initiatives to business development and marketing.
